STEPZ Board Games was created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who specializes in working with individuals with autism (ASD). Over the last 6 years working in the field, she struggled to find games that were appropriate for her client's needs. That's where the idea for STEPZ originated from.
